How to keep your breasts healthy, stimulated, and supple?

1. Daily Blocks of Salt Baths: Consider taking a bath (not shower) 5 days in a row,massaging your breasts underwater for at least 20 minutes. Less FB, more self-care (smiles)!!! Lift them, wiggle them, squeeze the nipples, play, talk or sing to them…you’re basically activating the cells and tissues in that area through movement, touch, and sound. Tell them what you desire for them to do: For example I tell my breasts “Rise, Salute the Earth.” LOL! I enjoy having perky breasts…nothing wrong with that! ALL breasts are beautiful…. women have to find ways to receive that for ourselves, from ourselves first. Then you can work with your body with gratitude and visualize your body doing what you desire. Whatever position your breasts rest in, consider that you have the capacity to command them to do whatever you want them to do (I think I’ve written that at least 3 times now). NO doctors needed when one understands the power of the mind. SEE yourself with the power to heal or even sculpt your body with your mind—whatever you wish for your body is its command, goddess. Remember new skin cells regenerate every 28 days, so if you take a luscious sea salt bath 28 days in a row—similar to the 28-day moon cycle-and similar to (my) 28 day FULL MOON CYCLE, you can beautifully renew the condition of your skin. You see how all this is connected right????? I’ve been playing and loving on my breasts for about 20 years now. I was fortunate to learn the art of self-exploration and healing in my teens. It takes time, be patient….But make it practical, simple, and a part of your life.

2. Let your beautiful breasts feel some warm and healing SUNLIGHT! Sunshine helps to exfoliate tissues and energize NEW radiant healthy skin cells to form. Powerful, right?? I would suggest allowing your breasts to feel sunlight (even on cloudy days the rays are quite powerful) 10-20 minutes a day. If you don’t have access to a private patio/porch, you may have a sun-window that provides just enough sunlight for you to “activate your breasts.” Chart the difference in your breasts…GET TO KNOW YOUR GIRLS. TRY this for at least 28 days. Tell me what happens! I’d love to know!

3. EAT healthy fats, such as, coconut oil, olive oil, walnuts, almonds, cod liver oil, local eggs because breasts are composed of connective tissues, ligaments, and guess what, FATTY tissue. I believe a healthy supply of fat in the body keeps it round, full, soft, and supple…and if you’re a woman, this is desirable (for some). People are always trying to get away from fat, but there are fats that help the body not only perform its processes, but also helps to keep a woman’s body soft.

4. Exercise!!!! MOVE trapped energy and stagnant vibrations throughout your body DAILY. Relax you don’t have to be in the gym or spend a lot of time on this one. SIMPLE is always best and promotes consistency!!! Remember that stress and heavy emotions can get stuck in the lovely folds of a woman’s body. If you don’t like exercise, perhaps you can consider DANCING. Whatever you do MOVE your body…ONCE a day for 20 minutes. That’s ONE FELA Kuti song there! Shine HUN!

5. Take off that ill-fitting outdated bra! Please google the history of bras and you will see that women were duped into wearing those things for all the wrong reasons! It is a myth that bras keep breasts perky. Bras constrict the body and if you don’t remember anything else from this blog, remember that “ANYTHING HEALTHY MOVES!” The earth moves; the sun moves; babies move; water moves. So “be like water” and MOVE your body… move your breasts. They will THANK YOU.!

6. This is so important here…Pretend like you hear some really dramatic music playing right now. RARELY do I ever hear women say that they LOVE their breasts. What we think of ourselves is reflected in our bodies, inside and out. Your body HEARS your thoughts, remember that it is alive—it hears, feels, senses! Your breasts hear all the things that you say or think about them! If you think your breasts are dirty, unattractive and should be hidden, or use you use words like “saggy” to describe them, they feel that…. as a result they will continue to deflate and hide, because they are simply doing what you expect them to do! If you are a breasting-feeding mom and you hold fears surrounding your breasts becoming unappealing or “drooping,” you are telling your breasts your expectations, perhaps not quite understanding that those vortexes are alive and responding to YOU! If you are proud of your breasts and you celebrate them or talk well about them, they will respond accordingly and beautifully. Most days I treat my body like a plant: It needs water, sunlight, loving touch, and communication.

When you love on your breasts, you subtly teach every woman and/or man who gets the honor to connect with them, how to heal them. Many times Goddessess don’t even have to say what we need, we just hold the vision and intention within ourselves and take time to care for ourselves, and heal ourselves through intimacy with others. This is why the whole idea of not discussing race with white children is bullshit. No, it won’t “taint” them. When you don’t talk about it, they still form opinions — racist ones — because they don’t know any better, so to speak. Then one day they grow up into adults that are, guess what, still racist. As Black folks, we pretty much all had “the talk” as kids/young people; our existence in this society dictates that we do, because racism is a part of our lives at an incredibly young age. Colorblind ideology has been proven to be toxic as blatant racism. And little white kids can be just as racist as their parents.

I believe that there are a small group of women who hate men just for being men. I believe that the textbook definition of the word misandry fits that description. I believe there are bad things that happen to men. I believe those issues should be addressed. I do not believe that a fringe group of women who hate men can be blamed for those issues.

Misandry was a dead word until recently. A group of men who feared the progress of feminism revived the word and used it to undercut the movement. They like having the power being a man provides and they don’t want to lose that. So they created a movement, found a bunch of legitimate issues that affect men, and tried to blame women for those issues. They called this misandry. It’s like conservatives using buzzwords like “death panels” to make people fear health care. They let people assume it meant Obama wanted to kill your grandma. They let there cute little phrase infect the minds of good people and convince them of falsehoods.

People are telling me that men cannot report rape without getting laughed at. They say this is misandry. It is the fault of women who hate men. But that just doesn’t make any sense to me. When I seek a logical explanation, it seems more likely that this is because men are supposed to be strong and women are supposed to be weak. And rape has been viewed as something that happens mostly to women. So if it does happen to a man, they must be weak. How did this idea of men=strong and women=weak start? I’m pretty sure it wasn’t because of misandry. It is an ancient patriarchy collapsing in on itself.

True feminism is about fighting inequality. It’s about erasing that strong/weak perception ingrained into our society. Misandry, as the term is often used today, is about trying to blame women for anything bad that happens to men.

If you want to fight to fix issues that affect men, go for it. But I would really consider distancing yourself from this term. It is used to evangelize folks into a movement that is very problematic. A group that can’t handle scrutiny of their comic books and video games, so they send death and rape threats. A group that calls women sluts and think they ask for rape if they show too much cleavage. Those are the people who coined this term, and you should want nothing to do with them or their language.

I am loving this man more and more with every day!

Omg!!!! Perfectly expressed. I was FAH’evah trying to figure out how to put my feelings into words. But this is perfect. Although I don’t think it’s a small group at all. I think feminism has morphed into this destructive ideology that supports heterosexual males being “the problem with society”. Ignoring the fact that the media is truly the source of the poison. I think the “new feminist culture” is extremely misguided and angry… and looking for “equality” even if it’s false or even destructive to other women. The purpose of feminism has changed from enforcing level ground and peace between men and women, to throwing around terms with disconnect, encouraging behaviors that are warped examples of womanhood and blaming males.

Government Makes Rainwater Illegal

Yep, RAIN WATER IS ILLEGAL.
As bizarre as it sounds, I guess it really shouldn’t be a surprise. We have covered numerous stories of how the government has been chipping away at the rights of land. From survival gardens being seized to the land owners in California who are being forced back on to the grid, people’s rights as land owners are being shredded by local, state and federal governments.
In the latest abuse of power, a man in Oregon has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine for collecting rainwater on his own land. Gary Harrington was convicted of nine misdemeanor crimes for filling his three man-made reservoirs with rainwater and snow runoff. The state of Oregon claims the water that fell from the sky, is owned by them and the Medford Water Commission.
As unreal as it may sound, at least 9 states have made it illegal to collect rainwater on your own land. Utah, Oregon, Colorado and a number of other states have passed rainwater laws that either limit or all out ban the collection of rainwater.

This reminds me of a similar situation back in Bolivia in 2000, and resulted in major riots and a mass movement to protest against the corporate ownership of water. When a private foreign company came to Bolivia, they seized control of local water sources and increased taxes that most Bolivians could not afford to pay, so then Bolivians built their own water wells to collect RAINWATER, which were then seized by the foreign corporation!

i will say this: the fire to react to each and every little thing cools as i age, but nothing has begun to inflame me like the way corporations and judges are snakily inserting themselves into a paradise convened by humans with mother earth; rights which can NEVER truly be superseded by another human, no matter how many paid guns they have, no matter how many corrupt pens in motion. nobody has the rights to tell you that you can not grow food on the soil that supports you. no corporation owns the seeds of this planet. nobody has the right to command you not drink water from the heavens. these are men with puny hearts and dull minds to even dream so far beyond their own power and position.

this would be devastating for Haitians…..but then i know this could happen… some renewable technology would not be allowed here because the US gov said so… and powerful interest said so. the world upside down..

I think it really speaks to the level of American greed and sociopathy that the government feels it can/should control how we use our natural environment to sustain ourselves. Making growing food and collecting rain water illegal? These are things we have done since the beginning of time for survival. Gov’t is just asking for an eventual revolt. Not today, not tomorrow, but eventually.
